Sentinel of Imogene
This photo is one of 6 from my Lone Tree project. I found this tree along the Imogene pass near Ouray Colorado. The trail curved sharply and dropped out of sight leaving only this tree guarding entry into the harder parts of the trail. What struck me about this tree was it’s placement along the trail, which made me wonder what its seen over the years as the many thousands of 4x4’s passed by year after year.
